Highly absorbent and comfortable pre-flat reusable nappy made from Tencel (lyocell).

Consisting of 3 layers: an outer layer of patterned organic cotton jersey and an inner layer of Tencel * , thinner in the centre and thicker on the inside. Both fabrics are coated with elastane, which gives the nappy elasticity, making it very easy to adjust.

As they are foldable, pre-flat nappies are an alternative to traditional flat cloth nappies or even prefolds, as they are quite intuitive to adjust, making them a practical option for parents and caregivers. However, they have the advantages of flat nappies: they are versatile, leave no marks, mould to the baby's body preventing leaks, and dry very quickly.

They fit babies from birth up to approximately  6kg and can be folded at the front or back to adjust to the desired size. As they have no fastenings, they require a Boingo or Snappi to secure them, and as they are not waterproof, they need a cover. Later, folded into 3, they can be used as a tri-fold absorbent pad.

Note: The nappy is considered a day nappy (as the brand has a night version), but it has been tested by babies for long periods, including overnight, with very good results.

The nappy is reversible, allowing it to be used with either the Tencel or cotton side against the baby's body. Tencel, however, has a stay-dry effect, making it suitable for allowing the baby to stay dry for longer.

*What is Tencel?

Tencel is a fibre fabric with a short texture similar to cotton, but with the difference that it only wrinkles, does not shrink, and is very soft and silky to the touch. In terms of absorption, it is comparable to hemp as it can absorb large amounts of moisture.

Tencel is a very ecological artificial fibre as it is made from wood pulp cellulose, usually harvested from eucalyptus plantations, a fast-growing and self-renewing plant, making it, despite being manufactured, considered a natural and biodegradable fibre.

NOTE: The use of bleach, whitener, and tumble dryer is not recommended.
