  • Award-winning Pearl Pocket model All-in-One (AIO) reusable nappy for newborns from Modern Cloth Nappies. Fits approximately from 2.25 to 5.5kg, from birth up to 2 months of age (depending on baby's build).

  • The absorbent part is attached to one end of the nappy. This insert is removed from the pocket for easy washing and drying and, to use, simply place it back in the pocket.

  • The presence of a pocket allows for extra absorption, if necessary (however, the nappy is already very absorbent on its own).

  • It has a very soft microfleece interior that feels dry (Stay Dry).

  • It has a double internal barrier to prevent leaks.

  • Internal PUL panel in the belly area to prevent leaks from this area. Waist adjustment with snaps.

  • Front snap panel (3*3) for adjusting the nappy size as the baby grows.

  • The nappy insert is made of hemp and cotton and has a "Shape Stay" layer (this fabric layer will prevent the insert - which tends to shrink when washed - from losing its shape).

  • The outer layer of the nappy is waterproof (PUL) and soft.

Composition:

Nappy exterior - PUL

Nappy interior - microfleece

Insert - 55% hemp + 45% cotton

NOTE: It is recommended to wash 3-4 times before the first use to achieve maximum absorption. It is not necessary to dry between these washes.

Washing routine:

- Wash nappies every 2-3 days.
- Do not fill the machine more than 3/4 full when the nappies are still dry. If the machine is too full, the nappies will not wash correctly.
- First, wash the nappies on a 30-40 minute cold cycle and spin. This will prepare the nappies for the main wash.
- Then, run a long cycle, at a temperature of 40-60ºC, using a non-bio detergent. The amount of detergent to use depends on several factors: how full the machine is, the recommended dosage by the detergent brand itself, and the hardness of the water in your region.
- Do not use fabric softener or bleaches.

DRYING

- Although they can occasionally be tumble dried, the best way to dry nappies and inserts is air drying. This also removes stains that may have remained after washing, as the sun has this effect. Never dry directly on a radiator.

*To prolong the life of the nappy, it is advisable to wash regularly at 40ºC, occasionally at 60ºC for a deeper wash, and air dry.
