Jomanik - Rectangular Hemp Booster Pad

• Reusable nappy insert, with 3 layers of fabric in a regular, rectangular shape suitable for most one-size nappies, from the Portuguese brand Jomanik.

• Available in 2 sizes: newborn, for use from birth, or one-size booster for most cloth nappies.

Shell (3 layers): 55% Hemp; 45% Organic Cotton 345gr/m2

Note:

- The inserts are handmade in Portugal with love. No two are exactly alike, so the dimensions shown may differ slightly between them, and their shape may be rougher. Some may have small pen marks that will wash out.

- It is recommended to wash them 1 to 2 times to remove the sizing present in the fibres. After a few washes, they tend to shrink a little but, on the contrary, become even more absorbent.

- With constant use and washing, the inserts may become a little stiffer. Given that hemp fibre absorbs a lot of moisture, they may become a little stiff after drying in the sun, which, however, does not interfere with their absorbency. To prevent this, it is advisable to hang the insert away from direct sunlight or even remove it from the clothesline at the end of the day. Another tip is to stretch it when hanging it and "crumple it" after removing it. 

- Bamboo fibre is softer and does not have such a high shrinkage rate, and can be easily used as a first layer due to its moderately fast absorption speed.
