Long hemp pad - Jomanik

• Hemp absorbent for reusable diapers from the Portuguese brand Jomanik. It has a long shape to allow different folds.

• They can be used as the main absorbent for a newborn diaper (inside a pocket diaper or associated with a cover) or later as a reinforcement for one-size diapers.

• Given their size and thin thickness despite their heavy weight, they can be folded in various ways to create multiple layers and achieve more absorption in the desired area. Furthermore, being thin but long, it dries very quickly. Easy to combine with other absorbents.

Maintenance care:

Recommended washing up to 60º.

They can be dried in the dryer on delicate programs. However, whenever possible we recommend drying in the sun, it is more environmentally friendly and anti-stain.

Do not iron. Do not use fabric softeners, soap or bleach.

note:

- The pads are made manually in Portugal with great care. None of them are exactly the same, so the dimensions shown may differ slightly between them and their shape may be rougher. Some may have small pen marks that will wash off.

- It is recommended to wash it 1 to 2 times to remove the gum present in the fibers. After a few washes, they tend to shrink a little, but on the contrary they become even more absorbent.

- With constant use and washing, cannon pads can become a little stiffer. As hemp fiber absorbs a lot of moisture, it can become a little stiff after being dried in the sun when washed, which, however, does not interfere with its absorption. To prevent this, it is advisable to extend the pad out of direct sunlight or even remove it from the drying rack at the end of the day. Another tip is to stretch it when you extend it and "crumple" it after removing it.
