• Insert composed of 4 layers of hemp combined with organic cotton in a proportion of 55% hemp to 45% cotton. This combination of materials ensures the great but slow absorption of hemp with a faster absorption speed of cotton, which also provides structure to the insert given that hemp fiber is originally rigid.

• It has great absorption capacity and is composed only of natural fibers.

• Since hemp fiber absorbs a lot of moisture, it may become a little stiff after washing and drying in the sun, which, however, does not interfere with its absorption. To prevent this, it is advisable to hang the insert away from direct sunlight or even remove it from the clothesline at the end of the day. Another tip is to stretch it when you hang it and "crumple" it after removing it.

• It tends to shrink slightly with washing.

• A few washes are recommended before use to optimize its effectiveness. They fit any one-size pocket diaper.
