Bamboo: 70% Bamboo; 30% organic cotton 330 gr/m2

Cannon: 55% Hemp; 45% Bio Cotton 345gr/m2

note:

- The pads are made manually in Portugal with great care. None of them are exactly the same, so the dimensions shown may differ slightly between them and their shape may be rougher. Some may have small pen marks that will wash off.

- It is recommended to wash it 1 to 2 times to remove the gum present in the fibers. After a few washes, they tend to shrink a little, but on the contrary they become even more absorbent.

- With constant use and washing, pads can become a little stiffer. As hemp fiber absorbs a lot of moisture, it can become a little stiff after being dried in the sun when washed, which, however, does not interfere with its absorption. To prevent this, it is advisable to extend the pad out of direct sunlight or even remove it from the drying rack at the end of the day. Another tip is to stretch it when you extend it and "crumple" it after removing it.

- Bamboo fiber is softer and does not have such a high shrinkage rate, and can easily be used as the first layer as it has a moderately fast absorption rate.
